Meet Francesca Bouwman
Founder and Managing Director
Francesca Bouwman is the Founder and Managing Director of NHBC Dubai and has been advising international entrepreneurs and companies in the UAE for more than a decade. Originally from the Netherlands and having lived and worked internationally across Europe, Australia, India and the Middle East, Francesca brings a strong intercultural and commercial understanding to every client engagement.

Francesca is known for her hands-on approach, extensive UAE network, and ability to connect clients with the right partners, authorities, and institutions.
She also served as a Board Member of the Netherlands Business Council (NBC) in the UAE, working closely with Dutch governmental and business organizations to strengthen the Dutch business community in the region.
Her practical, transparent, and relationship-driven approach has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and companies successfully establish themselves in the UAE.
She holds a Master’s degree in Euro-Asian International Business from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands.
Francesca has advised numerous international companies and European individuals with business setups and market introductions.
Her knowledge on UAE business setups, banking, project management and government related services have helped clients find suitable, profitable expansion and sound fiscal solutions for their businesses.
In addition to working in the UAE, Francesca has worked in Australia, Spain and the Netherlands. Her fluency in European languages and intercultural communication skills make clients feel at ease.

Rohan Malhotra is an experienced investment and business advisory professional with more than 20 years of international experience across banking, trade, investment, and business development. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively within both the private and public sectors across multiple international markets, supporting companies with strategic growth, investment opportunities, and cross-border business expansion.

Rohan began his career in the banking and financial services sector, working with leading institutions including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ANZ, National Australia Bank, and Commercial Bank of Dubai. This strong financial background provided him with extensive experience in corporate banking, investment advisory, and international business operations.
Prior to founding NHBC Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC, Rohan served as Trade and Investment Director with the Australian Federal Government, where he focused on strengthening foreign direct investment and bilateral business relations between Australia and the UAE/GCC region. In this role, he worked closely with companies operating within the fintech, energy, and mining sectors, facilitating strategic partnerships and investment opportunities across international markets.
Rohan is recognized for his practical, relationship-driven approach and proven ability to help businesses scale both regionally and globally through strategic guidance and strong international networks.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, with specializations in Marketing, Finance, and Management Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mumbai University.

Operations Coordinator
At the heart of our operations is our Operations Assistant Ms. Toni Mari Delima. She has more than 13 years of working experience in the United Arab Emirates. Toni is a key member of our team who plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of each business setup process. She manages all documentation and ensures that every business is set up quickly, accurately, and hassle-free. Toni has a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from Global City Innovative College Manila (Philippines) and she speaks English and Tagalog.
Ms. Sweety D’Souza
Executive Assistant and Operations Specialist
Whether you're looking to set up in a Free Zone, Mainland, or Offshore, Sweety D’Souza, our highly skilled Executive Assistant and Operations Specialist is there to assist you. Besides providing high-level administrative and organizational support to Francesca, Sweety’s exceptional ability to manage diverse responsibilities, ensures that every client interaction is professional, efficient, and personalized. She is absolutely fundamental to NHBC’s success. Sweety has a Bachelor degree in Arts from Mumbai University (India) and she speaks English, Hindi, Konkani and Marathi.
Mr. Vahid Medappalli
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Vahid is our driver and Public Relations Officer (PRO), responsible for picking up and dropping off our clients. He assists our clients with their VIP Medical Exams, biometrics (Emirates ID applications), as well as operations, visa and immigration work for Mainland Entities. Vahid speaks English, Hindi and Malyalam.
Mrs. Aisha Nisar
Back Office Assistant
Whether it’s preparing Free Zone applications or organizing essential documents for bank account applications, Aisha, our dedicated Back Office Assistant, is always one step ahead. Born and brought up in Dubai, she brings vast local knowledge and work experience that is required in this field. Working closely with our Operations Assistant Toni, she supports the seamless setup of companies across various Free Zones with care and diligence. Aisha speaks English and Urdu.
Mr. Mithun Pallikunnummal
Accounts Coordinator
We are happy to have Mithun on board who is responsible for managing our financial operations. Mithun brings more than 5 years of working experience in the UAE and he assists us with a variety of essential financial services including invoicing and billing management, that help keep our business running smoothly. Mithun has his MBA from Bangalore University (India) and speaks English, Hindi, Tamil and Malyalam.
Mrs. Eliza Cesista
Senior Accountant
Eliza is the backbone of NHBC Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC, serving as our Senior Accountant. She supports clients with accurate financial records, UAE compliance, and efficient day-to-day accounting operations. With a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, she plays a key role in client onboarding and ongoing financial management, helping businesses streamline their operations with reliability and efficiency. Eliza is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a US Certified Management Accountant (US CMA), and holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Ms. Daniela Bombeza
Junior Accountant
Daniela is a Certified Management Accountant (US) with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, audit, and internal finance across the Philippines and the UAE. She specializes in financial reporting, VAT compliance, bookkeeping, and audit support, helping businesses maintain accurate financial records and efficient accounting processes. Daniela combines strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach, making her a trusted support partner for growing businesses in the UAE.
